- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Products with stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
- Customized or altered dresses.
- Innerwear or accessories (if included with dress sets).
3. Return Process
