Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within India are 3-4 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — please check the website for current offers.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your delivery.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when raising the return request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with your order number.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
