How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details and complete payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days across India. Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check the website for current offers at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition with all tags intact. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
